摘 要:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱,测定了35个来自青海省不同产地的枸杞样品的红外光谱。常规和小波变换的方法对红外光谱原始数据进行了预处理。对不同产地枸杞药材进行红外光谱指纹鉴别,并以质量最好的S1样品作为参考,建立枸杞的对照红外指纹图谱,采用相关系数法和夹角余弦法计算样品红外指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度。7批样品中,质量较好的红外指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度(夹角余弦法)均在0.99以上,其它的相似度均在0.99以下。进一步,聚类分析将7份样品聚为枸杞主产地与非主产地两大类及枸杞制品类,验证了相似度分析的结果。不同产地枸杞的红外指纹图谱可以用于药材的质量评价,其相似度值的大小可作为枸杞药材产地鉴别和质量评价。In the present paper,the 35 samples of Lycium barbarum L.from different fields of Qinghai province were surveyed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The original data matrix of FTIR were pretreated with common preprocessing and wavelet transform.Analyzed FTIR patterns of Lycium barbarum L.from different fields,and S1 samples with good quality were picked up to establish a reference infrared spectroscopy by their infrared spectra.Correlation coefficient method and the included angle cosine method were used to calculate the similarity between samples infrared spectra and the reference infrared spectra.For all those 7 samples with good quality in accordance with S1,the similarity is above 0.99,and for the others the similarity is less than 0.99.Further cluster analysis showed that 7 samples could be clustered reasonably into two group origin and one groups products otLycium barbarum L.This method was verified the results of similarity analysis.It was concluded that the similarity of infrared spectra of Lycium barbarum L closely related to the quality of medicines.As a result,similarity analysis of FTIR of Lycium barbarum L reliable,and can be used for its identification of the origin and quality assessment.
