摘 要:研究目的:旋转触探是一种新型原位测试技术。在相继完成方法设计、设备研制和试验测试和试生产后,为探索旋转触探试验在钻孔灌注桩设计中的应用,依据京津城际、京沪线等项目钻孔灌注桩桩身内力测试成果,开展利用旋转触探确定钻孔灌注桩极限承载力的研究。研究结论:(1)提出的旋转触探特征量——旋转触探比功的概念,可应用于后续的对比分析工作;(2)可利用旋转触探试验确定钻孔灌注桩极限承载力的估算,并根据收集的钻孔灌注桩桩身内力测试成果,对公式中修正系数进行拟合;(3)经实例验证,应用旋转触探公式能有效估算钻孔灌注桩极限承载力;(4)本研究成果可为桩基设计提供参考,同时对推动旋转触探新技术在岩土工程中的应用具有指导和借鉴作用。Research purposes: The rotary penetration test (RPT) is a new technology of in- situ tests. The aim of the research is to explore the application on the design of bored cast - in - situ pile with the rotary penetration test, of which the method design, the equipment development and the field test of RPT have been completed. Through the comparative analysis between the results of RPT and the internal force test of pile, the estimation of ultimate bearing capacity of bored cast- insitu pile by RPT is studied. Research conclusions:In this paper, one parameter the specific energy of RPT is defined and used in the following comparative analysis. The calculation method of the ultimate bearing capacity of bored cast - in - situ pile is presented and corrected through the comparative analysis between the results of RPT and the internal force test of pile. The project example proves that the calculation method could efficiently calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of bored cast - in - situ pile. The research results can give reference for pile foundation design, at the same time have guidance and reference for application of RPT new technology in geotechnical engineering.
