摘  要:溶剂萃取是分离或移除固体颗粒中有效成分或污染物的有效方法,其中萃取塔中液固二相的流化性能对于塔内的热质传递效率具有关键作用。由于液固流化过程固有的复杂性,目前仍难对该过程进行精确的理论描述。文中综述了液固体系流化过程中颗粒沉降动力学的研究进展,介绍了液固流态化的概念与分类。分别对均一粒径颗粒沉降和多粒径颗粒沉降的动力学研究进展进行了评述,对文献提出的理论关联式进行了概括和总结。最后,展望了该领域的未来发展方向。Solvent extraction is an effective technique for separating or removing some desirable species and pollutant from solid particles , in which the performance of the liquid-solid fluidization plays a key role for heat and mass transfer efficiencies of the extraction column .However , due to the inherent complexity of the liquid-solid countercurrent fluidization process , so far it remains still difficult to precisely describe the process by theoretical approach .The progress of the studies on the particles sedimentation dynamics for liquid-solid system in fluidization process was reviewed .The classification of liquid-solid fluidization was introduced .The development in dynamics study on the sedimentation of particles with same and different diameters was reviewed , and the theoretical correlations in the literature for particle sedimentation dynamics were summarized and assessed . The future development trend in the field was expected .
