摘　　要：根据TVS开关的条件和电源模块的工作性能，设计了安全性好、可靠性高的脉冲电源测控系统。控制系统的功能是设置20路电源模块的放电时序和控制20路TVS开关的闭合。测试系统通过测量20个电源模块放电电流、4个电源组汇流器放电电流和2个电源组充、放电电压等参数，能够检测到每个电源模块的工作状况，迅速判断出发生故障的功率器件。放电电流信号的测量采用Rogowski电流线圈，而充、放电电压信号的测量使用高压探针。所有的测试信号由1台PXI数据采集系统采集、保存并进行数据分析处理。最后列出部分试验结果。The paper designed a safe and dependable testing and control system for the pulsed power, according to the work condition of the TVS switch and the request of the power module. The function of the control system inputs the time delay values and generates output pulses delayed of 20 triggered channels for TVS switch to shut. The testing system measures the pulsed current signals of 20 power modules, pulsed current signals of 4 power suits, charge voltage and discharge voltage signals of 2 power suits. These parameters can examine the work condition of each power module, so the breakdown part of the power can be quickly found. The Rogowski coils represent standard devices to measure the pulsed current signals. The high voltage probe is standard devices to measure high voltage signal. The DAQ system based on PXI bus accomplishes the acquisition and processing function of the all signals. Some test results are presented in the paper.
