摘　　要：在已经建成的阿拉山口换装库室内有限空间安装大型铁路集装箱桥式起重机时,采用模块式组装方法将桥架分为两套单梁桥式起重机的桥架进行组装,起重小车和吊具分别组装。针对起重小车体积大、吨位大的特点,采用垂直提升配合空中水平滑移技术实施安装,保证了产品安装精度,取得了预期效果。When installing a heavy duty railway container bridge crane in a limited space indoors inside the equipment exchange building located in the Ala Mountain Pass, a modular assembly method is adopted in which the bridge boom is mounted by dividing into two independent bridge cranes with single bridge beam, and the hoisting trolley and spreader are installed separately. For the features of large volume and large tonnage of the hoisting trolley, the trolley installation is implemented by vertical lifting technology cooperated with air horizontal slipping technology. So that, it ensures the product installation accuracy and achieves the expected results.
