摘 要:文章研究了氧化石墨对模拟印染废水阳离子红X-GRL溶液的吸附性能.探讨了氧化石墨的用量、溶液的pH、溶液温度、吸附时间对吸附性能的影响,最终得到了氧化石墨对模拟印染废水阳离子红X-GRL溶液的最佳吸附条件,并对吸附机理进行了探讨.结果表明:对于一定浓度的阳离子红X-GRL溶液,随着氧化石墨用量的增加,氧化石墨对阳离子红X-GRL吸附量先增强后减弱;介质的pH在7~9的条件下,氧化石墨对阳离子红X-GRL吸附性能较好;随着吸附时间的增长,吸附量不断增大最后达到平衡值,一般情况下都在80分钟左右达到平衡,温度对吸附性能影响较小,在45℃时吸附性能相对较好.由X射线衍射图谱(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)得知,氧化石墨中大量的含氧官能团促进了对染料的吸附,其染料本身带正电荷也促进了对阴离子的吸附.The oxidation of graphite simulation printing and dyeing waste water cationic red X-GRL solution of the adsorption performance is studied in this paper. Oxidation of graphite dosage, medium pH values, adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption properties of the effects are investigated and the adsorption mechanism was discussed. The results show that the adsorption ability of graphite oxidation increased to the maximum and then decreased with increased of the oxidation of graphite dosage for certain concentration of cationic red X-GRL solution; Oxidation of graphite has better adsorption to cationic red X-GRL solution for medium pH value in 7-9; Adsorption ability of graphite oxidation increased to the maximum and then reach the balance along with the growth of the adsorption time. In general, the adsorption reach balance in 80 minutes. Temperature has little effect on the attachment and it has better adsorption activity in 45 ℃. X-ray diffraction and Fourier transformation infrared indicated that the oxygenic functional groups of graphite oxide promote to adsorb of dyes and its positively charged dye itself also contributed to the adsorption of anions.
