摘 要:本方法是利用固体催化剂(KOH)催化地沟油生产生物柴油的工艺,工艺过程是先预酯化以降低原料的酸价(在2 mg KOH/g以下),然后再酯化反应生产生物柴油,原料油的酸值、水分可达到碱催化合成生物柴油原料油的要求。实验表明,反应醇油比为7∶1,反应温度为58℃,催化剂添加量为1.3%,反应时间为1小时以上生物柴油收率为88%。A method was developed on the production technology of biodiesel from drainage oil catalyzed by the solid catalyst of KOH. Firstly, the raw material was treated to reduce acid value (lower than 2 mg KOH/g) via a pre-esterification process, and then esterification for biodiesel production. The acid vale and moisture content of raw oil in this technology were acceptable for the raw oil of biodiesel through base catalysis. Our experiments showed that when the ratio of reaction alcohol and oil was 7 : I, the reaction temperature was 58 ℃, the catalyst amount loaded was 1.3 % and the reation time was lh, the yield of biodiesel was 88 %.
