摘  要:针对山东赵楼电厂循环水水源中矿井水和城市再生水含盐量、含硫量、硬度高的特点,分析比较后选用石灰软化工艺。重点研究了石灰工艺运行和调试中遇到的问题和解决方法,注明了注意事项,为以后工程提供了经验。调试运行结果表明,石灰处理去除浊度、氨氮、碱度的效果很好,能到90%,CODCr、BOD5及总磷次之,70%左右,而硬度去除很少,甚至出现增加现象。In Zhaolou power plant of Shangdong province, the salt and hardness and the sulfur in mine water and city reclaimed water of circulating water are high. According to the prnblems, lime softening process is treated at last. Problems and methods and notes in the operation and debugging process are mainly studied, they provide reference for future projects. The operation results show that the water outlet is good; it is 90 % that removal rate of the alkalinity, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen. It is 70 % that removal rate of the CODer and BOD5 and total phosphorus. It is less for hardness, sometimes it is more.
