改性纳米碳酸钙的表征及其在RTV硅酮胶上的应用

摘　　要：采用粒度分布以及流变性能测试的方法对改性纳米碳酸钙进行表征,结果表明,自制的复合改性剂改性的纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径小,粒径分布均匀,并且在Ca CO3/DOP体系中表现出良好的触变性能,将其作为填充料应用于硅酮胶上,能够提高硅酮胶的触变性能及拉伸强度。Nano calcium carbonate was characterized using the method of particle size distribution and rheological properties, the result shows that： the size of nano calcium carbonate, modified by self-made compound modifying agent, become small with unitbrm distribution of particle size, and exhibits good thixotropic property in the CaCO3/DOP system. As filling material used in silicone adhesives, can improve the thixotropic properties and tensile strength of silicone adhesives.
