宜春野生黄精微量元素分析

摘　　要：目的:对江西宜春野生黄精与市售黄精中的微量元素进行分析。方法:利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,对黄精中所含的Zn、Mg、Fe、Se、Mn等18种微量元素进行分析。结果:宜春野生黄精中Se、Zn、Mn等具有重要生理活性的微量元素的含量显著高于市售黄精。结论:宜春野生黄精具有较高的营养与药用价值。Objective： To study the different distribution of trace element between wild Rhizoma Polygonantum from Yichun and Rhizoma Polygonantum from drugstore. Methods： ICP-OES method was used to determine the content of 18 trace elements such as Zn, Mg, Fe, Se, Mn in Rhizoma Polygonantum. Results： The conetents of Se. Mn and Zn in wild Rhizoma Polygonantum from Yichun were more than Rhizoma Polygonantum from drugstore. Conclusion： The value of medicine and nutrition of wild Rhizoma Polygonantum from Yichun is better.
