摘 要:将顶空平衡法和双通道气相色谱仪相结合,通过优化设计和实验调试,自组装集成建立了可同时测定海水中溶解态甲烷(CH4)和氧化亚氮(N2O)的新型气相色谱系统及分析方法.实验表明,该系统对CH4和N2O的测定精密度分别优于0.8%和1.0%,准确度分别优于1.5%和1.2%,满足海水中溶解态CH4和N2O浓度监测需求.实际应用表明,本系统运行稳定,数据获取效率更高,运行成本更低.基于本方法,对2013年11月北黄海表层海水中溶解态CH4和N2O开展了观测研究,结果表明该海域表层海水中溶解态CH4和N2O均呈中部海域浓度较低且较均匀,近岸海域浓度较高且变化较剧烈的分布特征.A new system is presented that allows the simultaneous measurement of dissolved CH4 and N2O in seawater based on the combination of the headspace and dual channel gas chromatography( GC). The optimized tests showed that the precision of CH4 and N2O of this system was better than0. 8% and 1. 0%,and the accuracy was better than 1. 5% and 1. 2%,respectively,which met the measuement requirements of dissolved CH4 and N2O in the offshore and estuary. Moreover,the system run with high stability, high efficiency and low costs. In November of 2013, the concentrations of dissloved CH4 and N2O in the surface seawater of the North Yellow Sea were investigated. The results displayed a complex spatial distribution of dissloved CH4 and N2O due to the influence of a variety of water masses and factors.
