摘 要:目的 研究生脉饮、四物汤及各单味药消除超氧阴离子的作用。方法 核黄素光化学氧化 偶氮显色分光光度法测定消除超氧阴离子的作用 ,正交实验确定消除超氧阴离子作用最佳的配方。结果 人参、麦冬、五味子的配方为 1∶1∶3时生脉饮的作用最强 ,五味子的影响最大。熟地黄、川芎、当归、白芍的配方为 2∶3∶2∶3时四物汤的作用最强 ,白芍、川芎的影响最大。结论 生脉饮。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicines Shengmaiyin and Siwutang, and their component medicines on elimination of superoxide anion. METHOD: The effect on elimination of superoxide anion was measured by vitamin B2 photochemical oxidation-azo reaction spectrophotometry. Orthgonal test was used to optimize the prescriptions. RESULTS: Shengmaiyin consisting of Radix Ginseng, Radix Ophiopogonis and Fructus Schisandrae in the ratio of 1:1:3, and Siwutang consisting of Radix Rehmanniæ, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba in the ratio of 2:3:2:3, were found the best effect on elimination of superoxide anion, respectively. CONCLUSION: Shengmaiyin and Siwutang had stronger effects than the simple mixture of their component medicines.
