摘　　要：细胞培养技术是医学研究过程中不可或缺的技术手段,也是分子生物学研究的主要方法手段。主要介绍细胞培养过程中的几种基本技术方法,细胞培养过程中的常见污染的来源、起因,并阐述了避免污染的方法,为细胞培养操作者提供参考。Cell culture technology is indispensable in the process of modern medicine research.It is also the main method of molecular biology research means. This paper mainly introduces several basic methods in the process of cell culture,and the causes of pollution, expounds the method to avoid pollution .Provide the reference for the majority of cell culture workers.
