摘　　要：目的　测定不同产地胡芦巴中胡芦巴碱的含量 ,并以此为指标对胡芦巴进行质量归类和分析。方法　HPLC定量分析法 ;系统聚类分析法对质量进行归类。结果　各产地胡芦巴碱的含量差异较大。结论　本法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 。OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of trigonelline in Trigonella foenum-graecum L. from different habitats, to evaluate and classify the quality of it in view of trigonelline. METHODS: HPLC assay was applied as the quantitative analysis. Hierarchical cluster analysis was used to evaluate the quality. RESULT: The contents of trigonelline in Trigonella foenum-graecum L. from different habitats were quite different. CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, precise, sensitive and reproductive. It can be used for the quality control of the medicinal material.
