摘　　要：河南是农业大省,农村信贷资金供需之间存在着很大的缺口。应在健全农村金融组织体系,完善农发行政策性金融功能,改革现行信贷管理体制等方面进行对策研究。Henan is a main agriculture province,the demand of credit funds sharply beyonds the supply.We should concern how improve the rural financial institutions and the policy finance func-tion of Agricultural Development Bank and standardize the present credit management system.
