低碳生态工业园发展水平评价研究——以合肥高新区为例

摘　　要：研究以合肥高新区为研究区域,采用AHP-多指标综合评判方法构建适用于合肥高新区的评价体系及模型,进而对合肥高新区2008、2012低碳生态发展建设现状水平与2020与规划预期水平进行评价和比较分析。研究结果表明:合肥高新区低碳生态发展在总体上呈现增长态势;在经济水平因素、污染控制与环境保护因素和能源利用与碳排控制因素水平也呈上升趋势,其中能源利用与碳排控制因素对合肥高新区低碳生态建设贡献率最大,达到60%以上。研究结果可为低碳生态工业园建设与评价提供科学参考。Take high-tech zone in Hefei for example, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct me evaluation system and model, this article gives an evaluation of low carbon ecological industrial park development from 2008 to 2020. The result shows that： Comprehensive scores of high-tech zone in Hefei is a growing trend ,as well as the energy use and low carbon factor, the economic development factor and the contamination control factor; at the same time, the contribution percentage oft he energy use and low carbon factor has reached to over 60%.The results can provide theoretical support for the evaluation and development of low carbon industrial park.
