摘 要:目的研究四川南充地区尿石症患者尿石成分,并与国内其他地区进行比较,为临床预防、治疗提供依据。方法采用结石红外光谱自动分析系统对2011年3月至2012年9月255例南充市尿路结石患者结石标本进行成分测定,结合临床资料进行研究,并收集国内其他地区报道的结石成分文献进行分析研究。结果南充地区尿路结石以草酸钙(91.37%)、碳酸磷灰石(62.35%)为主要成分,结石患者男女比为1.90誜1,上尿路结石占87.84%(224/255),下尿路结石占12.16%(31/255),上、下尿路结石比为7.23誜1,上尿路结石患者男女比例为1.60誜1,下尿路结石患者男女比例为14.5誜1。结论南充地区泌尿系结石成分和国内其他地区结石成分无明显差异,但下尿路结石患者男性所占比例明显高于其他地区。Objective To explore the compositions of urinary stones of Nanchong and distributions features,and compare comparing with other areas of China.Methods From March 2011 to September 2012,the compositions of urinary stones (n=255) were evaluated by fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR),and clinical data,distributions of urinary stones compositions collected from other areas of China were compared.Results The most common componet urinary stones were calcium oxalate,which accounted for 91.37%,followed by carbonate apatite stones (62.35%),male and female prevalence:ratio of 1.90 ∶ 1.Upper urinary tract stones accounted for 87.84%(224/255),lower urinary tract stones 12.16% (31/255),a ratio of 7.23 ∶ 1,upper urinary tract stones male and female prevalence:ratio of 1.60 ∶ 1,lower urinary tract stones 14.5 ∶ 1.Conclusions The compositions of urinary stones of Nanchong are similar with other regions of China,but the rate of male in lower urinary tract stones is higher than others.
