摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻窦炎合剂在功能性鼻内窥镜术后应用的疗效。方法按随机数字表法将36例慢性鼻窦炎患者分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者术后均常规行2％氯化钠溶液洗鼻腔，使用鼻用糖皮质激素及黏液促排剂，治疗组患者术后加用鼻窦炎合剂口服治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率100％，对照组总有效率89％，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（χ^2＝4．36，P＜0．05）。结论鼻窦炎合剂对功能性鼻窦内窥镜术后患者的恢复有显著疗效。Objective To investigate effects of sinusitis mixture on functional endoscopic sinus after surgery .Methods According random number table,36 cases of chronic nasosinusitis patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,the two groups were routinely 2%NaCl saline nasal irrigation,use of nasal corticosteroids and mucous discharging agent mixture used in postoperative patients with sinusitis in the treatment group oral therapy. Results The treatment group 100%,total efficiency in the control group （89%） （χ^2 =4.36,P〈0.05）,there was a statistically significant difference.Conclusion Sinusitis mixture has significant efficacy on the recovery of patients afterfunctional endoscopic sinus surgery.
