摘  要:目的对南通市某换热器制造企业的职业病危害控制效果进行评价,并提出进一步控制职业病危害的措施。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对该企业年产30万套空调冷凝器、蒸发器以及微通道换热器项目2014年职业病危害因素检测结果和接触有害因素员工的健康检查结果进行分析。结果该企业共检测10种毒物,清洗岗位接触三氯乙烯为重度危害作业,其他检测结果均合格;冲翅作业的噪声检测为重度危害;紫外辐射、工频电场检测结果合格率为100%;接触噪声者电听力异常13人,11人高频段听力下降,不宜接触"噪声"的职业禁忌证人员2人。结论噪声及三氯乙烯是该企业主要职业病危害因素,必须加强治理措施,进行有效的个人防护。[ Objective ] To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in a heat exchanger manufacturing enterprise of Nantong City, put forward the further measures against the occupational hazards. [ Methods ] The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the resuhs of occupational hazards detection and occupational health examination of exposed workers in annual out- put of 300000 sets of air conditioner condenser, evaporator and microchannel heat exchanger project in 2014. [ Results] A total of 10 poisons were detected in this enterprise, the exposure to trichloro ethylene in cXeaning post was serious, and other results were qualified. The noise of fins-former operation was serious hazard. The qualified rates of ultraviolet radiation and power frequency e- lectric field were 100%. Among noise-exposed workers, 13 people presented the abnormal results in tone audiometry, 11 people were high frequency hearing loss, and 2 people were identified as the contraindication to noise. [ Conclusion ] Noise and trichloro ethylene are the major occupational hazards of the enterprise. It is necessary to strengthen control measures, and carry out the effec- tive personal protection.
