摘　　要：目的探讨深圳市社区老人骨质疏松发生情况及社区综合干预的效果。方法 2012年6月—2013年6月应用双能X线骨密度仪测定2 285名社区老年人群（年龄〉60岁）腰椎L1~L4段、股骨颈、髋部Wards区及粗隆区骨密度（BMD）,骨质疏松症（OP）诊断标准参考WHO标准(BMD)。[ Objective ] To investigate the incidence of osteoporosis among the elderly in community of Shenzhen City, and explore the effect of comprehensive community intervention. [ Methods] From June 2013- June 2014, the bone mineral density （BMD） of 2 285 community elder people ＇ s （ age 〉 60 years） LI-IA lumbar segments, femoral neck, hip trochanter area and Wards area were measured with dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Osteoporosis （OP ） diagnostic criteria reference were from the WHO （BMD 〈 M-2.5SD）. The OP causes were analyzed, and the targeted intervention was performed on subjects. The BMD improve- ment was compared before and after community intervention. [ Results] Of 2 285 people investigated, 185 （ 8.10% ）were diag- nosed with OP. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that female, junior high school education or less, drinking tea / coffee ≥ 3 times / week were independent risk factors for the occurrence of OP, while drinking milk ≥3 times / week , the number of move- ments ≥3 times / week , sun ≥3 times / week were protective factors against the elderly OP. The BMD of L1-L4 lumbar seg- ments, femoral neck, hip trochanter area and Wards area was significantly improved after intervention （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion] The OP incidence is relatively high among the elderly in community of Shenzhen City. There are many risk factors for OP. Adoption of effective health education and community intervention can improve bone density and outcomes of OP patients.
