内蒙古放射卫生技术服务机构现状与分析

摘　　要：目的了解内蒙古自治区放射卫生技术服务机构的现状,分析存在的问题,为放射卫生技术服务能力建设提供科学参考依据。方法对内蒙古自治区所有放射卫生技术服务机构的资质、人员、设备等情况进行现状调查,并对其进行汇总和分析。结果内蒙古自治区有13家持有资质的放射卫生技术服务机构,共有57名专业技术服务人员,其中高级技术人员占36.84%,中级技术人员占19.30%,初级技术人员占33.33%;所学专业有预防医学、临床医学、物理和其他,分别占45.61%、21.05%、8.77%和24.56%。结论须提升放射卫生技术服务能力。优化专业技术人员的专业和结构。制定内蒙古自治区放射卫生技术服务评估体系,科学配置资源。[ Objective] To understand the present situation of radiological health technical service institutions in Inner Mongolia, to analyze the existing problems, and provide reference for capacity building of radiological health technical service. [ Methods] The current status of qualifications, human resources and facilities of all radiologieal health technical service institutions were investiga- ted, and the data were summarized and analyzed. [ Results] Currently there were 13 radiological health technical service institutions with qualifications in Inner Mongolia, and 57 professionals in total, including 36.84% senior technical personnel, 19.30% intermediate technical personnel, 33.33%junior technical personnel. Their professions were preventive medicine （45.61%） , clinical medicine （21.05%）, physics （8.77%） and others /24.56% ）. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to enhance the capabilities of radio- logical health technical services, to optimize the professionals and personnel structure, and develop radiological health service eval- uation system in Inner Mongolia to scientifically allocate the resources.
