摘 要:目的通过对福安市船舶修造业职业卫生状况调查分析,探讨船舶修造业存在的主要职业病危害因素及危害情况,为职业病防控提供依据。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测并与2006年相关资料进行比较分析。结果船舶修造业存在化学毒物、粉尘、噪声、高温、电焊弧光和X射线等职业病危害因素;电焊烟尘、二氧化锰、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和噪声检测合格率分别为63.7%、58.9%、85.4%、72.9%、70.8%和51.6%;与2006年相关资料相比,苯、甲苯、二甲苯合格率明显升高,但只有苯合格率(85.4%vs 58.3%)差异有统计学意义。结论福安市船舶修造业职业病危害仍较为严重,应采取严格、有效的综合防控措施控制,以降低职业病危害因素对作业工人健康的影响。[ Objective]To investigate and analyze the occupational health status of shipbuilding industry in Fu'an City, explore the main occupational hazard factors and damage conditions, and provide the basis for the occupational disease prevention and control. [ Methods ] The occupational hygiene investigation and occupational hazards detection were adopted, and the results were compared with the data in 2006. [ Results ] The main occupational hazard factors in shipbuilding industry included chemical toxicants, dust, noise, high temperature, arc welding and X-ray. The qualified rate of welding fume, manganese dioxide, benzene, toluene, xylene and noise was 63.7% , 58.9%, 85.4%, 72.9%, 70.8% and 51.6%, respectively. The qualified rates of benzene, toluene and xylene were higher than those in 2006, and the difference in the qualified rate of benzene was statistically significant ( 85.4% vs 58. 3% ). [ Conclusion] The occupational hazards are still serious in shipbuilding industry in Fu'an City. It is necessary to carry out the strict and effective comprehensive prevention and control measures, to reduce the influence of occupational hazard factors on health of workers.
