摘 要:本文从概括我国大学生的英语自主学习能力现状入手,分析了大学生英语自主学习能力普遍较低及其自主学习能力并不是随着年级的增高而提高的原因,对如何在大学英语教学中有效地培养学生的自主学习能力提出了具体建议:加强学习策略培训、创设自主课堂、引导学生养成课外合作学习习惯、针对不同水平学习者探讨不同的自主学习能力培养方案、教材体现"学习者选择"理念。文章最后强调,加强大学英语教师队伍的建设与发展是培养大学生英语自主学习能力的前提和保障。The present study begins with the summary of the current situation for Chinese college students' autonomous English learning abilities. Then the reasons why their autonomous learning abilities are low and do not improve with grade are discussed. Specific suggestions on how to develop college students' autonomous English learning ability effectively in college English teaching are given: enhance the training of learning strategies, create an autonomous learning class, guide students to form habits of cooperative learning after class, explore different training programs according to students' different language proficiencies and the teaching materials should reflect the idea of "learner choice". Finally it is emphasized that strengthening the construction and development of college English teachers are the prerequisite and guarantee of cultivating college students' autonomous English learning abilities.
