当代菲律宾华商在华教育投资与管理的特点——以闽南地区为考察点

摘　　要：一直以来,华侨华人都是以捐赠方式来帮助和提高国内的教育事业。随着教育市场的开放,出于教育理念和教育管理方式的不同,华侨华人重新审视了"教育"市场,采取了直接投资的方式来参与教育事业的管理。出于对中国教育市场这一特殊产品的不熟悉,他们在投资方式和管理上,采取了合作和委托——代理人制的管理模式以适应教育市场的需要,使学校快速走上轨道。基于对菲律宾华商在闽南地区投资的几所学校进行田野调查,对他们的投资与管理特点作一总体归纳,从而突破了以往研究上的一些观点:"利润驱动型"投资目的,以"家族为中心"管理模式等方面,呈现菲华商他们自己独特的方式。The Oversea Chinese has given a hand to the Chinese education through their donation but now they chose a new way to aid the Chinese education through a direct investment and management after reconsidering the Chinese educational market and out of their educational idea and management. As they are not familiar with the Chinese educational market, they adopted a way of cooperation and agency by agreement in investment and management to meet the educational market and make the schools on a fast track. By a field investigation to the schools invested by Philippines-Chinese merchants in Minnan region of Fujian, I discussed their characteristics of investment and management and revealed their patterns of man- agement.
