摘　　要：自2008年赴台旅游开放以来,大陆赴台旅游者呈急速增长态势。由于综合接待能力有限,台湾旅游业在旅游环境、旅游人员、旅游基础设施和旅游安全管理等方面都面临较大的压力与挑战,旅游安全事件也频频发生。因此,两岸应该共建旅游安全与应急管理的合作平台,提升赴台旅游供给水平、转变赴台旅游安全管理方式、优化赴台旅游安全管理体系、提升赴台旅游安全服务保障水平,增强两岸在旅游安全应急管理中的深入合作,以推动赴台旅游的健康发展。Since the implementation of opening policy for traveling to Taiwan in 2008, there is a growing state for the main- land tourists traveling to Taiwan. Due to the comprehensive reception is limited, the Taiwan tourism industry is facing great pressure and challenge in tourism environment, tourism service, tourism infrastructure, tourism safety and management be- cause of the frequent accidents. Therefore, the two sides should make joint efforts to build and optimize the tourism safety and emergency management system, improve supply level, change the safety management model and enhance the service level of traveling to Taiwan and the cooperation in tourism safety and emergency management in order to promote the healthy development of traveling to Taiwan.
