摘　　要：现存600多卷8万多页的保定商会档案,内容比较丰富,具有原始性、系统性和地方性等特点。该档案的整理和影印出版,对于保定"历史文化名城"的进一步保护和开发,对于直隶商会和保定商会的研究,对于社会救济史、日本侵华史、天津商会与保定商会的关系、晋商史等很多问题的研究探讨,提供了重要的第一手资料,有利于开创新局面。今后的保定商会及其档案的研究工作,在文献学方面还可以再做一系列的拓展,在专题研究与通贯研究、比较研究等方面,更是大有可为。More than 600 volumes and over 80, 000 pages of the existing Baoding Chamber of Commerce archive has rich contents, and the characteristics of the origin, system, and region. The arrangement and publication of these archives provide important first‐hand information and can help to open up a new prospect, for further protecting and developing Baoding———“historical and cultural city”, for researc‐hing the Chamber of Commerce in Zhili and Baoding Chamber of Commerce, and for studying many is‐sues as, the history of social relief, the Japanese invasion history, the relationship between Tianjin Chamber of Commerce and Baoding Chamber of Commerce, Shanxi merchants history, etc. The re‐search work in the future of Baoding Chamber of Commerce and the archives can have a series of expan‐sion in the field of literature, and will be very promising in terms of research, thorough research, and comparison research.
