新建本科院校应用型人才培养模式构建路径探析

摘　　要：以培养应用型人才为主的新建本科院校是一种新型高校,担负着高级人才培养职业化、多元化的历史使命。但人们对应用型本科人才培养的基本规律尚存在概念不清、认识模糊的现象。因此,必须以人才培养模式改革为切入点,从理念澄清、夯实前提基础、更新教学内容、教学方法和手段、构筑坚实的产学研平台出发,创新突破构建有效的应用型人才培养模式。New ly‐built universities ,focus on the cultivation of application‐type talents ,are a new type of colleges w hich shoulder the historical mission of cultivating the professional and diversified talents .But some people still can＇t be clear about the basic training pattern of applied undergraduates .So these uni‐versities must construct an effective training mode of applied talents w hich is based on the reform of tal‐ents training mode .At the same time ,they must know the ideas clearly ,lay a solid foundation ,update the teaching contents as well as teaching methods and means ,and build a platform of stable university‐industry cooperation .
