网络信息资源建设创新模式探析

摘　　要：从web2.0概念入手,在简介web2.0的特点基础上,分别从信息内容、信息传播方式、信息传播速度、信息用户获取方式、信息成本等角度阐述了web2.0下网络信息来源与传递的情报学解析,由此提出了在web2.0环境下数字信息资源建设的新模式:机构知识库建设成为完善Web2.0环境下网络信息资源建设的重要内容;搜集整理网络免费的学术期刊是WEB2.0环境下网络信息资源建设不可缺少的部分;个人网络出版资源搜集整理将成为WEB2.0环境下资源建设的新宠。This article starts with the conception of WEB2 .0 ,after introducing its characters ,the author explains the information resource and information science of delivery by the following aspects ：informa‐tion content ,delivering model of information ,delivering speed of information ,the method of the user＆#39;s getting information ,information cost etc .Thus ,the author puts forward the new method of the con‐struction of network information resource based on WEB2 .0 ,including that the construction of institu‐tional repositories （IR） will be the important part ;that the collection of the free academic journal will be the indispensable part ;that the personal net‐publishing will be the new favor of the construction of net‐work information resource based on WEB2 .0 .
