摘　　要：政府资助科学研究,是英美发达国家创新体系建设的成功经验。多年来,在面对受资助研究领域中的研究不端问题,各国也取得了相对成熟的制度经验。这些经验将有助于完善我国的制度建设,维护政府资助研究活动的公信力及科学共同体的信誉。That the government funds scientific researches is the successful experience of English-speaking developed countries for building an innovative system. Over the years, they have relatively mature system and experience in tackling with academic dishonesty in the field of government-funded scientific research. These experiences will help to improve China＇s system and to safeguard the public awareness of government-funded researches and the reputation of the scientific community.
