摘 要:有机硅树脂具有优异的耐热、耐候、电绝缘和生理惰性等性能,在机电、航空等领域获得广泛应用。文章介绍了有机硅树脂的热降解机理,综述了有机硅树脂改性以提高热稳定性的新方法及机理,主要包括元素硼、芳香环、纳米等改性有机硅材料,概述了有机硅树脂作为耐高温涂料应用,指出了有机硅树脂作为耐高温涂料的发展趋势。Silicone resins exhibit excellent properties including heat-resistance, anti-weathering, dielectric and physiological inertness, and have been widely used in motor, electric appliance, aviation and other fields. The thermal degradation mechanism of silicone resin was introduced in this paper, and several modified silicone resins with boron, aromatic nucleus and nano materials are summarized. The silicone resins as heat-resistant silicone coatings were also introduced, and the development trends of siticone resin as heat-resistant coatings are also pointed out.
