广西北部湾经济区石化产业人才需求问题的对策研究

摘　　要：广西北部湾经济区是广西区域经济合作与对外开放的前沿,是我国西部大开发和面向东盟开放合作的重点地区,近年来重点发展石化产业,取得了令人瞩目的突破。但与之不相适应的是广西石化产业人才紧缺,供需矛盾突出。文章从人才培养、引进和服务等方面提出解决北部湾经济区石化产业人才需求问题的建议。Petrochemical industry in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economics Zone has made great progress in recently year, but the shortage of talent has also increasingly highlighted, and becomes one of the factors that restrict the development of petrochemical industry in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economics Zone. To solve the problem of talent demand is the key to achieve the strategic goal of Guangxi Beibu Gulf to become the petrochemical industrial base in southwest of China. This paper give suggestions to solve the petrochemical industry talent demand problem in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone from the personnel training, introduction and service etc..
