摘　　要：介绍了亚磷酸三乙酯的反应原理及生产工艺,分析了生产过程中的物质、工艺、设备等危险有害因素,并进行了危险化学品重大危险源辩识,提出了安全管理、主要工艺、设备检维修、事故应急救援等安全对策措施,建议项目施工和生产活动中应充分考虑这些危险有害因素,加强安全防范措施。The production process and chemical reaction principle of triethyl phosphite were introduced briefly. The material hazardous factors, process hazardous factors and equipment hazardous factors in the production, as well as the identification of major hazard installations for dangerous chemicals were analysis in the work. Safety measures were put forward for the security management, major production process, equipment maintenance and emergency rescue to prevent hazardous incidents. To strengthen the security precautions, it is necessary to take these hazardous factors into fully consideration in the project construction and the production activities.
