摘 要:用65%(wt)ZnCl2水溶液,在温度80℃、搅拌速度300 r/min、不同反应时间下溶解针叶木浆,用水作为凝固剂,制备再生纤维素纤维(简称RGC)。研究不同反应时间制备的RGC及RGC添加量对纸张物理强度的影响。利用透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)技术对RGC的结构和性能进行表征。研究结果表明,在120 min下制备的RGC及RGC添加量为40%时纸张的物理强度最佳,与空白纸样相比,紧度提高22.77%,抗张指数提高291.5%,耐破指数提高50.64%,耐折次数从1提高至549。Regenerated cellulose fiber (RGC) was prepared by ZnCl2 solution under the condition of temperature 80℃, stirring speed 300rpm, different reaction time, while H2O was used as the coagulation. This article studied the effect of the reaction time and the additive amount of RGC in stock on paper properties, and RCF was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), wide angle X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and the thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results demonstrated that when the reaction time was 120min and the additive amount of RGC in stock was 40%, tightness of paper increased to 22.77%, tensile index increased to 291.5%, burst index increased to 50.64%, and folding strength increased from 1 to 549 compared with base paper.
