摘 要:在数字沈阳地理空间框架矢量数据更新的工作过程中,快速判断哪些要素需要更新是影响作业速度的一个重要因素,当前提取更新要素方法研究较少。本文提出了在时空数据库中更新要素判断的基本原则,探讨了基于点要素、线要素的空间关系判断地形图是否需要更新的方法,并提出了需要更新要素的检测及提取算法,在此基础上本文提出了要素更新的完整流程,并通过优化算法提高了要素更新的检测提取效率。依据本文的理论编写的地形图更新程序,有效地解决了线划图数据更新要素检测的难题,提高了工作效率,并取得了很好的经济效益。本文完成了地形图要素智能更新的前期要素检测提取部分,如何将提取的要素替换到更新数据库中,是以后需要研究的问题。The working of updating topographic maps in Digital Shenyang geospatial framework project,how to quickly find the features need to be updated is an important work to affect efficiency. But the method of finding updates features relatively poor. This paper put forward the principle of which features need to be update in spatio- temporal database,and based on the point's and line's spatial relationships proposing the algorithm of finding and extracting the features. This paper also propose a complete workflow and optimization algorithm to improve the efficiency of updated topographic maps. Based on the theory,we write a program for topographic map's features update work,which effectively solve the problem of finding the features needed to be update in the DLG,improve work efficiency,and achieved good economic benefits. This paper finished the work of how to find and extract changed features in topographic map,how to replace the changes features to database is the need to research problem.
