摘　　要：房屋竣工规划验收是城市规划管理的关键环节,起到至关重要的作用。以Auto CAD软件为开发平台,采用C#以及Access数据库技术实现软件开发。采用半自动化的方式实现房屋建筑面积的自动入库,实现建筑密度、容积率、绿地率、总建筑面积、总用地面积等指标同规划审批数据的自动比较,生成分栋房屋及规划总平面对比报表,降低了工作强度,显著提高了工作效率。Building completion and planning acceptance was crucial to urban planning and management. Based on the Auto CAD software platform,this article used C# and Access database technology to develop the software. This software adopted a semi- automated way to achieve building area into Access database. Not only can it compare the density of building、volume fraction、ratio of green space,total building and land area with planning approval data,but also can generate each building and total plane contrast report. With this software,it can improve efficiency greatly and reduce the intensity of work.
