摘　　要：国际生产网络是一种全新的生产组织方式,它使世界各国的生产活动不再孤立进行,而是成为全球化生产体系的有机组成部分。亚太地区的跨国经济活动主要由美国式国际生产网络、日本式国际生产网络和华商式国际生产网络主导,其中美国式国际生产网络比较开放,属于模块型生产网络,品牌领导商专注于附加值高的研发、营销等环节,把附加值低的生产环节外包给合同制造商,并将大量生产能力转移到东亚地区,东亚地区日益成为美国企业的产品供应基地。The international production network is a totally new form of production organization, which makes the production activities in individual countries no longer isolated, but rather an integral part of the global production system. Cross-border economic activity in Asia Pacific is mainly lead by American-style international production networks, Japanese-style international production networks and Chinese-style international production networks. Among them, American-style international production networks are more open, which could be defined as modular production network. Its brand leaders focus on R＆D, marketing and other aspects which are of high added value, while the low value-added production processes axe outsoureed to contract manufacturers, and huge production capacity is transferred to East Asia, which increasingly makes East Asia the product supply base of the United States .
