摘　　要：实现满足公共需求,提供公共服务,必须建立长期有效的中国体育社团承担政府转移职能的机制,中国体育社团承担政府转移职能的机制可从输入、驱动、输出、评估、反馈、保障这6个环节来加以构建。To meet the public demand and provide public services, we must establish a long- term effective mechanism that Chinese sports communities undertake transferred function of the government, which can be constructed from these six links： input, driving, output, assessment, feedback and guarantee.
