体育与非体育专业大学生适应性、应对效能感与生活满意感关系的差异

摘　　要：采用青少年适应性量表、应对效能量表和生活满意感量表对大学生进行调查,探讨体育与非体育专业大学生在适应性和应对效能之间的差异以及应对效能在适应性和生活满意感之间的中介作用。结果:1)除学习适应和生活适应的得分体育专业学生较低外,其余各变量均为体育专业大学生比非体育专业大学生得分高具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。2)体育专业大学生的生活适应对生活满意感影响都是通过中介变量胜任力实现的;非体育专业大学生的情绪适应和人际适应对生活满意感的影响只有一部分是通过中介变量认知水平实现的。即:适应性与生活满意感的关系受应对效能的中介影响,不同的专业特点的个体其作用路径不同。Through using the adaptation scale, coping efficacy scale and general life satisfaction scale, this paper makes an investigation on college students, discusses the mediating efteet among adaptation, coping efficacy and life satisfaction, and points ot, t the difference on college students of different majors between adaptation and coping efficacy. Results： 1 ） The score of study adaptation and life adaptation of sport major students is lower, but the scores of 〈~ther variables are much higher than college students of non - sport majot.-s. 2） There are mediating effect between adaptation and coping efficacy on sport major students, and there are part mediating effect among emotional adaptation, interpersonal adaptation and life satisfaction on college students of non - sport major. There are mediating effect between adaptation and life satisfaction, anti there are difference acting path on different majors.
