摘  要:运用调查问卷、文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对农村中小学体育教师的职业心理进行调查研究。结果表明,农村中青年体育教师在对待职业岗位的认识上存在偏差;大部分农村中小学体育教师在教学中对学生愿意付出自己的真挚情感,但在工作中积极性和创新能力不足;农村中小学体育教师职业心理的意志还是比较薄弱。针对农村体育教师存在的职业心理,提出了加强对中青年体育教师的思想政治、职业道德的教育和培养;对农村体育教师建立情感发展和外在荣誉驱使相结合的激励机制,提高他们的工作待遇,建立优秀体育教师选拔机制等建议。With the methods of questionnaire, literature review, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, an investigation was carried out on the occupational psychology of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas. The results show that there is a deviation in the understanding of occupation among young and middle - aged teachers; most teachers throw themselves in teaching but their work enthusiasm and the innovation ability is insufficient; the occupation mentality is still weak. In view of the existing rural physical education teachers" occupation mentality, it is suggested that we strengthen the young teachers" ideological, political, and occupational moral education and training; establish a combined incentive mechanism with emotional development and honor drive; improve their work treatment and establish selection mechanism.
