摘　　要：在中国社会转型的背景下,基层社会的沟通和行动是关乎社区建设和社会管理的重要微观机制。本文以北京市社区居民的调查数据为基础,对目前不同类型城市社区的传播生态进行了描绘,分析了信息传播对于社区建设的特殊价值,并对互联网在社区传播活动中所扮演的多重角色以及可能产生的复杂影响进行了初步探究。According to the Communication Infrastructure Theory(CIT),story-telling networks are vital to the construction of communities in the 21 st century.The conditions of grassroots citizens' communication and collectively action is an emerging research area in China.Based on data(N=516) collected by telephone interviews conducted in Beijing,this paper outlines communication ecologies in different kinds of urban communities.The authors argue that the important role of information flow is verified in Chinese urban communities,and it is confirmed that the relationship between new media and community communication is complex.
