摘 要:选取中美博士后发展具有代表性的北京大学和哈佛大学为样本,通过对两校在博士后"招收权力、培养、项目申请、管理与评价、博士后动机与职业规划、满意度"六个方面的调查,发现两校博士后对博士后制度存在价值具有很高的认同度,但导师在招收与培养博士后的权力、博士后的基金申请、做博士后的动机和博士后的职业规划等方面呈显著差异。完善我国博士后制度需要重新定位博士后人才地位,下放博士后管理重心到导师,改进博士后学术训练不足现状,以及改变博士后经费资助方式。By selecting the representative samples of Peking University and Harvard University, the research has compared the postdoctoral education experiences between China and America. The study has examined the development of postdoctoral education in six aspects as postdoctoral admission, training, funding application, management and evaluation, motivation and career planning, as well as satisfaction degree in the two universities. It is found out that there is high identity to postdoctoral system in both universities. However, there are some significant differences emerged from supervisors' power of admission and supervision, postdoctoral funding application, motivation and career planning of postdoctoral research between the two universities. To improve postdoctoral system in China, it is suggested that we should re-orientate the postdoctoral status, empower postdoctoral's supervisors, improve postdoctoral academic training, and reform postdoctoral funding.
