摘 要:研究了恒功率微波辐射下从含铟锌浸渣中酸浸铟的非等温动力学。对比实验表明,恒功率微波辐射条件下铟浸出率高于常规程序升温条件下的铟浸出率。考察了微波辐射下硫酸浓度、搅拌速度对铟浸出率的影响,结果表明,随硫酸浓度增加,铟浸出率提高,但当硫酸浓度超过1.5 mol/L后,铟浸出率的增加变得相当缓慢;搅拌速度为400 r/min时,基本消除了浸出反应的液膜阻力。微波酸浸体系的升温速率与温度的关系为非线性关系,得出了微波功率为80~240 W范围内铟浸出反应的非等温动力学模型。Indium was leached from indium-bearing zinc-leaching residues exposed to a constant-power microwave radiation, and the non-isothermal kinetics of leaching reaction was studied as well. According to comparative tests, the leaching rate under microwave heating was higher than that at an elevated temperature in normal programmed system. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration and stirring speed on indium leaching under microwave radiation were studied. The results show that, indium leaching rate climbs along with sulfuric acid concentration and the increase tends to be slow after sulfuric acid concentration exceeds 1.5 mol/L, while the liquid membrane resistance can be eliminated when the stirring speed reaches 400 r/min. For this leaching system, heating rate and temperature are of a non-linear relationship, and the non-isothermal kinetics model for the indium leaching reaction assisted by microwave with the powder in the range of 80-240 W was proposed.
