摘 要:研究了填料的浓度、物性和体系p H值对聚酯成形网磨损的影响,同时也探讨了填料对不同聚酯成形网网型磨损的影响。填料浓度的增加加剧聚酯成形网的磨损,随着填料浓度的增加,聚酯成形网磨损量先急剧增加后减缓。填料物性对聚酯成形网的磨损影响较大:粒径越小,磨损越轻;粒径分布越广,磨损越重;形态表面光滑无棱角,则减轻磨损;硬度对聚酯成形网也有一定影响,但影响程度大小有待进一步研究。填料溶液体系p H值对聚酯成形网的磨损有一定影响,酸性条件下磨损要严重,中碱性条件下磨损相对较轻。The concentration and physical properties of paper fillers, pH value of papermaking system were studied on the abrasion of the polyester forming wire. Furthermore, the effects of paper fillers on the abrasion of different type polyester forming fabric were investigated. With the concentration of paper fillers increasing, the abrasion of polyester forming fabric intensified dramatically at the low concentration stage and slightly at high concentration stage. The particle size of paper fillers have greater impact on the abrasion of polyester forming fabric, with the smaller the particle size of fillers, the lighter abrasion of forming fabric. The wider particle size distribution of the paper fillers, the more severe the abrasion of forming fabric. The smoother surface the paper fillers, the more light abrasion of forming wire. The p H value of paper filler solution has relationship with the abrasion of polyester forming fabric. As result that polyester forming fabric had more abrasion under acidic conditions than that of mild alkaline conditions.
