摘 要:试验设置白腐菌不同的添加量,在温度是28℃,p H值为7的条件下恒温培养7天,处理1在相同的培养液添加量、处理2在相同的水添加量的条件下进行预处理,预处理后秸秆在恒温35℃下,厌氧发酵30 d产沼气研究得出以下结论:1)处理1中白腐菌添加30片木质素降解率最好,为29.8%;2)处理1中白腐菌添加20片沼气产气量最好,为11704 m L,产气率为390.1 m L·d-1;3)在一定条件下木质纤维素降解率越高,沼气产气量越高;4)处理2中白腐菌添加20片沼气产气量为10766 m L,产气率为358.9 m L·d-1,更适于实际应用。Pretreatment of rice straw fermentation were made with different amount of whlte-rot fungi addition under constant temperature of 28℃, pH 7, culturing period of 7 days. Treatment group 1 added same amount of culture fluid, and group 2 added the same amount of water. After pretreatment, the straw was undergo anaerobic fermentation for 30d under constant temperature of 35℃ for biogas production. The results showed that: for group 1, addition of 30 tablets of white-rot fungi obtained the best lignln degradation rate of 29.8% ; but the addition of 20 tablets of white-rot fungi obtained the highest biogas production of 11704 mL, and the biogas production rate was 390. 1 mL d^-1; for group 2, addition of 20 tablets of white-rot fungi obtained biogas production of 10766 mL, the gas production rate was 358.9 mL d^-1 , which was more suitable for practical application.
