摘 要:为解决CRI系统表面易积水、喷头易堵塞和布水均匀性难控制的问题,课题组通过工程实例,以猪场废水厌氧消化液为原水,分析适宜于处理高氨氮废水的CRI系统新型布水方式。工程试验结果表明,强化CRI系统布水方式对猪场废水厌氧消化液具有较好的污染物去除效果。在日处理原水40 t,氨氮为250-350 mg·L-1,COD为650-1000 mg·L-1的条件下,氨氮去除率为84.5%-90.4%;COD去除率为89.5%-91.4%,均达到《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596-2001)。An engineering project with anaembieaffy digested piggery wastewater as raw material was processed to analyze and find a new distribution mode for CRI system treating high ammonia wastewater, and so that to solve the problems of water gathering on the surface, nozzle dogging, and difficulty control of distribution uniformity in the system. The results showed that the strengthened water distribution mode had better pollutant removal ettieieney for digested piggery wastewater treatment. The NH3-N and COD removal could reach 84.5% - 90.4% and 89.5% - 91.4% respectively, which were under condition of NH3-N 250 - 350 mg · L^-1 , COD 650 - 1000 mg · L^-1, and daffy treatment scale of 40 tons of raw wastewater. The NH3-N and COD of the effluent are good enough to meet the requirements of "Emission Standards for Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry" ( GB 18596-2001 ).
