摘 要:为实现酸洗生产线用激光焊机焊接过程的自动智能化控制,将PLC、CC-Link现场总线技术和GX Developer软件应用于激光焊机控制系统的硬件配置和软件实现中,并系统介绍激光焊机控制系统的组成及软件实现方式。在顶锻及焊后处理阶段实现了对顶锻力大小及顶锻后带钢表面毛刺刮削的控制,获得了优质的焊头和光滑的带钢表面。为激光焊机控制系统设置了故障自动报警系统,提高了生产线故障的维护能力,降低了企业的运行风险。同时,该控制系统的设计为激光焊机焊接全自动控制及加快我国自主研制进程奠定了良好的基础。In order to realize the automatic intelligent control of laser welding machine used for pickling production line in the welding process,the PLC controller,CC-Link profibus technology and GX Developer software are used in the hardware configuration and software implementation of control system for laser welding machine in this article,and the composition and software realization method of laser welding machine control system are also introduced systematically.The control of the size of upset force and strip steel surface burr scraping after upsetting are realized in upset forging and post-welding stage,the high-quality welding head and smooth strip steel surface are obtained.The laser welding machine control system is set up the automatic fault alarm system to improve the ability of the production line fault maintenance,and reduce the risk of enterprise operation.Meanwhile,the control system design of the laser welding machine welding automatic control and speed up the process of our country self-developed will lay a good foundation.
