摘 要:通过采用旋转高斯曲面体热源与双椭球热源线性叠加的方法来模拟激光-MIG复合焊接的有限元模型。并基于建立的热源模型,对厚8 mm的TA12钛合金板材的激光-MIG复合焊接的温度场和应力场进行耦合分析,并对比分析模拟结果与实际焊接结果。结果表明,TA12钛合金激光-MIG复合焊焊接变形和残余应力实验结果与数值计算值吻合较好,证明了该组合热源模型的适用性。A three dimensional FEM model was put forward for the laser-MIG hybrid welding,the heat source model combined two heat sources was established in this paper,in which the model of laser welding was Gaussian volume heat source and the model of MIG arc was double ellipsoid volume heat source.Based on the model established,the temperature and residual stress distribution of TA12 alloy plate with thick 8 mm for the laser-MIG hybrid welding were calculated,The results showed that the simulation results were all agreed with the experimental results,which proved that the heat transfer model was more close to physical reality.
