摘　　要：研究了电感应热处理设备在线上钢轨焊接接头热处理的工艺参数和现场施工组织流程,探讨电感应热处理工艺在线上钢轨焊接接头应用的优选方案。实践证明,采用电感应热处理工艺替代传统的火焰正火,减少了人为因素的干扰,提高了现场钢轨闪光焊接接头质量。The heat treatment＇s technological parameters of the rail steel＇s welding joint and the on-site construction organization process for the electric-induction heat treatment equipment was studied in this paper.And the preferred option of this process about its application on the rail-steel＇s welding joint was discussed.
