摘　　要：效率与公平是现代政党执政所追求的两大目标。但是,在现实政治中,又是一对难解的矛盾。政党执政的历史反复说明,效率与公平的天平一旦倾斜,无论向左还是向右,社会都会出现问题。因此,如何在效率与公平之间寻求平衡,成为现代政党执政必须面对的课题。一些政党执政过程中的得与失,成与败,能够带给我们一些有益的启示。Efficiency and justice are the two goals of the modern Parties when they are practicing governance.But in real politics they are a pair of contradictions which are difficult to solve. The history of governance of the Parties illustrates repeatedly that the society will go wrong if the balance between efficiency and justice goes imbalanced. Therefore,how to strike a balance between efficiency and justice becomes the subject which modern Parties must be confronted with. And gain and loss,success and failure occurring in the process of the Parties' governance may give us some helpful revelations.
