摘 要:职业倦怠是由工作中长时间的过度压力导致的一种精神、情绪、身体上的耗竭,多见于从事服务性行业的人群中。相比于男性员工,女性员工由于承受着更多的来自社会和家庭的压力,更容易在工作中出现倦怠情绪。我国的美容行业发展迅速,员工中近80%是女性,其职场倦怠已经成为影响美容行业人员流动和人才流失的重要因素。美容企业需要改善管理方法,有效地干预、预防女性员工的职业倦怠,帮助她们提升工作热情,进而提高工作效率,这会为维护美容企业和行业人员的稳定起到重要作用。Occupational burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress within workplace, which is typically and particularly found within the human service professions. Compared with male employees, female employees suffer more pressure from the public and families, which causes their occupational burnout. The beauty industry of China is growing rapidly, and almost 80%of the employees are women. Their occupational burnout has become an important factor affecting personnel flow and brain drain in the beauty industry. Improving management to intervene and/or prevent burnout would enhance female employee’s work enthusiasm, which plays a key role in stabilizing human resource of beauty enterprises and industry in China.
